I have been running for about a year. I have run several 5K’s and a 10K. The longest run I have done is 8 miles. I am now training for a half marathon. My ankles and knees hurt all the time. I am always icing and strectching. I go to physical therapy and have them stretch me, but I can’t live without alleve. Any advice? I am wondering if it is my diet. Does anyone have any suggestions on the type of foods I should be eating in order to stop muscle soreness? Any help wpuld be appreciated. Thanks
